The Deep Blue Sea (on Etsy)

This blog is about etsy, illustration, and design. It has the same name as my Etsy store, which you can check out here , though it never got off the ground, I do have some good favorites saved that you might enjoy.

I also just started a new blog of my artwork created with a brilliant iPad app named Paper. Check it out if you haven't already.

Enjoy!

Buzz Beast: Curtain Door
"This door serves as the entrance point  into a diamond merchant’s residence in Surat, India. The door is comprised of 40 sections of Burma teak, 160 pulleys, 80 ball bearings, and a wire rope and a counter weight hidden within the single pivot. The sections of Burma teak are laid one above the other. A simple push will result in the door reconfiguring into a curved opening."
